Senior Geological Data Consultant
Background:
Paula Mierzwa (MSc, BSc, MAIG, FGS) is a specialist with 7 years of experience in geological software, especially in geological data management systems, as well as database management and data quality control. She joined AMS in September 2022 to advise on the implementation of geological databases, QAQC Standard Operating Procedures and provide services in the compilation of data from different generations.
Paula holds a BSc in Underground and Open Pit Mining and an MSc in Exploration and Mining Geology from the University of Science and Technology in Wroclaw. She is an active volunteer with the Women in Mining committee in the UK.

Background:
David Rogers BSc (Hons) has over 14 years of experience in the minerals exploration and mining industry. David joined Addison in February 2024 and has previously worked as the Head of Business Unit for EMEA & Pitram at Micromine Ltd as well as the Mining Specialist at McLaren Applied’s Connected Intelligence Business Unit.
Having studied Geography and Environment Management at university, David is a proactive sustainability advocate who works with mining operations to reduce their Green House Gas emissions through the use of cutting-edge Tyre Technology and the use of Hydrogen Fuel Supplements.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (UK) and holds an Associateship of the Royal School of Mines.

He also has considerable experience in teaching and training in resource estimation, having taught at a number of universities in the UK and North America and has significant experience in the design and implementation of training and mentoring programs for resource estimation.
